I just pulled this picture from the googles...
It's the one on the right (not the one with the arrow pointing to it).
There is a detent at the top of the roller that locks that sumbitch on full blast and it's TERRIBLE at night.
You das lights are turned all the way up and stuck on full blast... (I had this same issue for the first week of ownership.)
It's one of the little roller knobs on the left, behind the steering wheel.
To answer the OP though...
If the slave cylinder needed bleeding, if there was air in the system, your clutch wouldn't have been properly disengaging and would absolutely cause premature failure of the clutch disc if you put a substantial number of miles on it in that state.
Sounds like your...
Everything the OP is talking about sounds like a slipping clutch. Shift gears and the RPMs shoot up 1k and then come back down... that's the clutch slipping and then finally fully engaging.
His clutch was certainly slipping, and had been since he started having issues.
The shooting to 6k...
You legitimately could have been sent the wrong parts... reach out to the vendor/manufacturer and figure out the issue.
If they are wrong, get the correct ones.
If they are right and you need to modify them to make them work and you don't want to, get your money back and seek a different...
We've definitely got a Karen on our hands here...
Take a deep breath and think through and devise a solution to the issue at hand. It's not a big deal.
Yeah... I've got thru-axles on all three of my bikes. It's a bit of a pain but it was worth it to me to be able to still be able to open/close the cover when the bikes aren't on there.
That's probably not a bad idea... contaminated brake rotors make me wanna bash my face against a brick wall repeatedly... :headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:
You couldn't be anymore wrong... use of force is nothing more than whatever force necessary to neutralize the threat. Up to and including lethal force.
Seriously... go read the law I posted... it's really quite clear.
That's a valid point... in California.
In Texas, the way the law was written and in reference to the video posted, lethal force would be justified based on the fact that it's theft at night and the presence of multiple thieves would most definitely present a very real and valid threat to bodily...
Here ya go... the law is actually very clear...
SUBCHAPTER D. PROTECTION OF PROPERTY
Sec. 9.41. PROTECTION OF ONE'S OWN PROPERTY. (a) A person in lawful possession of land or tangible, movable property is justified in using force against another when and to the degree the actor reasonably...
There is no stipulation on 'use of force' it's simply whatever force you feel was absolutely necessary to stop the threat.
There are actually a few crimes expressly written that use of whatever force is necessary is justified. Arson/Theft/a few more.
Even more simply though... in Texas... the...
You can in Texas!
Texas Penal Code § 9.41 explains that the use of force against another person is justified when:
You are in lawful possession of land or tangible, movable property;
You reasonably believe that the force is immediately necessary; and
You are trying to prevent another...
Yeah... I'd love to be able to leave the front wheel on but I just couldn't come up with a way around it. I'd either be taking the front wheel off or I'd be re-mounting a bike rack if I wanted to still be able to open the bed cover. Ultimately... taking a front wheel on and off is easier than...
I've got thru-axles on all 3 of my bikes... the fork mounts I got come with adapters for multiple different sizes of forks...

What part of TX are you in? If you're near Houston and you wanna see my setup... that's 100% fine.
