I used the 91MM thick and had zero issues. I also covered a lot more of my top. Basically I covered all that the carpet covers except the last 1/2 inch for the glue strips to use. Fits like a glove.

LOL, that is funny. A clutch that is only covered for 1 year or 12K miles. Someone knows they are putting out complete crap! Until this vehicle, I have never heard of a stock cutch failing under 60K miles; even in 4WD applications.
