I seen a couple of Mojave’s that used the Go Rhino light bar mount. It works because the bottom mount doesn’t go up over the cowl like a lot of them do.
I use the tubing in my JLUR and since the install it has never worked its way out and we have been on multiple road trips and it gets washed often. I think most people are just not working it in far enough. Mine also starts from being tucked behind the front grill then under the hood latch and...
Lots of marketing with ceramic on the shelves these day. Those products work as a quick detailing product in between washes but no real protection for your paint like a real ceramic coating. They are all just spray on waxes that don’t last.
The process really isn’t that hard to apply a...
There are many leather detailing products off the shelf that should be able to get those stains out. Depending on how bad the stain transfer is you may need to agitate it so only use a very soft brush like a soft toothbrush or leather brush but a soft clean microfiber would probably do the...
It’s probably not going to do any damage to the paint, but something quick and simple if you feel like you must take precautions, I would suggest take a strip of 3M or Xpel clear paint protection film and apply it in that area where the wires touch the paint.
Do your research on parts cost and add them up, shop around. There are some site sponsors here that give forum member discounts, for example Northridge4x4. Maybe you can purchase all the parts and have a shop just do the install. I think this is a very high quote. lets say on the high side all...
I contacted Anthony at Falcon shocks and asked about future IBP shocks for the Mojave and he said they are actually in the middle of developing some Falcon shocks specifically for the Mojave. He didn’t give me much more info then that so what is exactly being developed is speculative.
I run...
ceramic coating has been around for years now and is very durable and is better at fighting off the elements then a coat of sealant and wax. Its not a hard process to complete especially because most of the jeeps on this forum the paint is new, and in good shape, so it will not require much...
Thanks for the info Benny, but I did see that on the first page... my question is how do I know that those are the leather wrapped pieces with the orange stitching and not just the regular black plastic dash cover and the regular black vinyl center console. There is no picture just an exploded...
what is the part number and price for the orange stitched leather dash top cover and for the leather center console with orange stitching.
I seen some part numbers for the center console but it doesn’t say if it has the orange stitching, idk maybe I’m not looking at it right.
What bar is that on the Arcus bumper? I have only seen it with the tube that rugged ridge makes. Would like more info on it if you could. Any other pics of it?
EDIT: I found it... looks to be the stamped steel overrider from Rugged Ridge. Only seen the tube style before.
This might be my favorite build on this forum... it’s way beyond my needs, but damn it’s cool to look at and must be even better to drive! looking forward to more pics and hopefully soon with it out on the trails.
Any build plans for the 4XE?
Looks good. Do you plan to keep the rash rings silver? if so, I think it will look great, but if you plan to go with a color I’d think about changing the lugs to black. That’s Just my opinion though.
I originally went back and forth with galaxy and onyx but decided I wanted something a little...
I had a Granite crystal JL that had onyx AEV Borahs mounted on it and I thought it looked great together. This should be no different. Looking forward to some pics of them mounted and to hear your thoughts.
