The best setup I’ve seen is when people have removed the rear seat. Not practical for me since I have 3 kids, but there just isn’t very much room back there. Plus, it just awkward for a dog to jump in the back. Not much room on the floor and the seat is rather high. My older husky would...
I’d certainly say your more likely to have your vehicle damaged with a pro police sticker than not. As far as being followed home, I get most of us are more than prepared for something like that. I don’t wanna risk some crazy dude breaking in my house when my family is home. Not judging, I’d...
There’s people on here that use it for normal driving. I haven’t done any off roading but it sure seems like the windshield down actually obscured the view more. As soon as I finished cleaning, I bolted it back up.
I didn’t take it for a spin for a couple reasons. However, I found the #1 reason everyone should put their windshield down a few times a year......cleaning the dash and inside windshield! As soon as I put it down, I ran for some interior wipes and windex lol. I keep my JT relatively clean...
I agree. I got to use it quite a bit this summer and it’s amazing. My only complaint with it is other vehicles cutting in the gap between myself and the car in front. If they do it close to me, the Jeep actually brakes. I ended up setting the gap to the least amount possible.
I’m not one of those people that are brand loyal. If a BT comes and is a better value, I’d have no problems switching over. I do like the JT’s body style more though.
Competition is great for innovation! It apples and oranges when comparing the JT and Bronco. It’s competition is the Wrangler. The JT will benefit from anything the wrangler does though.
Jeep totally naked, gave minimal forward air in rear seat. Jeep top off with sunshade and no doors gives a little forward air. Top off, sunshade on, doors on gives A LOT of forward air. This was observed easily by my 7 yr old daughters hair. The last combo had her hair blowing straight...
There’s a couple threads in the exterior mods section on wheels/tires. Tons of info there. There’s even a thread where some of us have kept the stock overland wheels and put on 33’s. Here mine with KO2’s. No lift.....yet.
here’s a link to one thread. I’ll add more as I find them...
It’s looks awesome but doesn’t fit the bill for my needs. I need a truck bed. If I was just looking for a Jeep, I’d seriously consider the bronco. I like the fact that there’s no crossbar, but it’s also nice having speakers above your head when it’s windy.
How many people you hauling? You planning on leaving your doors at home for the week? I’d consider leaving my doors if I was at a condo. I don’t think I would if I was at a hotel with public parking.
