Busted the trailer out of moth balls. Haven't used it since we got rid of the 2 door but I figure it will make a great base camp for KOH and then I'll lend it to my teammate with @offmapoverland who just bought a wrangler.
Great idea.... but isnt there a spot midship that would tuck higher. Like passenger side of the driveshaft? Im fairly sure I'd destroy that box in that location.
So I'm almost positive I'm going with an in bed tank. Unless I can find a cheap under bed version that'll fit. I can get the tank for $130

A decent transfer pump is like 20-30 bucks. I can add a fuel gauge if I want to later. ( Tank has a sending unit built in)...
Most the gravity feed setups I've seen T into the flex neck. Key to that setup I think would be taking the stock air vent up to the aux tank and then venting that above the new filler height. Put a locking cap on the main filler neck. Don't open the main neck if there is anything in the aux...
I found an in bed tank that is 17 high 29.5 wide and 7 deep. Loosing 7in of bed space for 17 gallons isn't bad when you consider the price is only 140. Bucks for the tank.
Anyone have info on what it would take to plumb this in?
I'm actually debating just mounting it and using my onboard air...
