My local Dealers Salesman kept in touch with me. I originally wanted to order a Sport Gladdy to add on to, but there was this one red Rubicon that did not sell in their past 3 holiday sales events. I did not think I would like red. I called my Nephew, a mechanic who rebuilds trucks, plus my...
Is that the Hwy 19 exit off I-285? I haven't seen that in years! I went to DeVry in Chamblee, back in 1982.
I didn't see any changes in the road in the video, but that area has always had uneven pavement with those scratches in the pavement for "winter traction" back then. It looks a lot...
I don't use mine, and it always hits me in the head when I lean out to look. I got my hand caught in it once, when I was trying to video my front tire splashing through a creek. I am thinking of removing them, or at least the driver handle, because my buddies say they like it and use it every...
Installed a power outlet with a lid, on top of the dash, in the dash tray. It is wired to the same outlet as the smartphone interface. Also installed an aluminum mount base with a 1" ball compatible to RAM mounts, so I can use the long double socket arm and the X-Grip. I now have no wires...
Almost had a rear end collision at 45mph, when my Oracle flush mount Tail Light failed. I was turning left to go home, when it happened. You know how the brake lamp goes out to accommodate the turn signal....well the right side brake light failed completely...as I was turning Left.
I when I got...
Where in Georgia?
Just curious. I am from there (Lithia Springs, Blue Ridge), there is lots to see in Georgia. Stone Mountain, The waterfalls of N. Georgia, stuff like that.
NO.
Imagine the wind noise this would make over 40mph.
Makes vehicle too wide. As mentioned, a tree limb or a rock would knock off anything mounted on it.
I could see attaching it, or a shorter version of it, to a point on the bedrack or the bed rails, bed, when you're stopped for the night...
No. I could see that being useful here in Florida, but it would be easier to drive a few feet further to a shady spot. I would never install it. uuuuglly
Better and more photos on the website.
Exactly what I was looking for. I signed up for an account on there, and bookmarked it. Thanks. Ill be back, am on Med Leave from work right now ($$)
I would leave the amber lights there, and move the two others up to the cowl, beside the ditch lights, but facing forward. There are a few mounts out there that can handle two lights for each side, it should be easy to do. It still gives you the two facing forward, but not crowded on the bull bar.
My Rubicon is black leather interior and the Red dash. I really like it, but I would trade for your Grey dash if I could. It would match the light grey lettering I changed out.
