Has anyone just removed the entire plastic grill and see what happens? I am over here in Arizona and it has been like 110 for the last 30-45 days... I am thinking about covering my house with the new grills and sitting back and enjoying the temperature difference. J/K of course.

It is hard to measure with one person while taking the photos, but you get the idea. It is really heavy duty too.

I was told by my service advisor that Bosch says the pumps are within spec and the issue is not theirs. This is the same stance they have taken with other auto manufacturers like VW, Ford, etc... This is supposedly why it is taking so long, everyone is jockeying for position. If Bosch falls here...

There is more information on this somewhere on this forum, maybe in this very thread, I don't know. There is also an aftermarket company that does the same programming.
