They told me there are three orders in the process of being built and one should be done soon. The issue is not an issue if you run the pre-filter, so who cares?
I am trying to mount a canoe on the top of my Rebel Off Road XPLOR rack. I need it to be higher than the cab roof so it does not rub. I am looking for something made by Thule, Rhino Rack, or some other manufacturer like a set of crossbars that will bolt to my XPLOR rack. I just need the...
Wow. I
What is wrong with you? Why are you so full of venom?
I bought the CJ-7 and the CJ-8 new and drove both for several years. The 7 ended up in the sand drags and the Scrambler ran as prerunner and was later raced for several years in several classes which is why they both had 401's...
LOL... Both my CJ7 and CJ8 had built 401's in them and would do well over 100 and did it often. The CJ7 would pull the front wheels off the ground and did so regularly. I have been driving the same way for about 35 years.
Don't tell me how to drive.
I am looking at the same thing for the top of my Rebel Offroad XPLOR rack. I am looking at running two of the Renogy 175 Watt 12 Volt Flexible Monocrystalline Solar Panels along with one of their DC to DC chargers and a small batter mounted under the bed.
My English Coonhound put a dent in my Jeep like the first week I had it jumping in to the backseat. This after paintless dent repair popped most of it out.
Here is my solution. A @RebelOffRoad XPLOR Rack with the Molle Hatch Door, and a four additional crossbars.
My service writer called me back and said he is expecting parts to be announced any day now based on what he is seeing.
Hurry up and wait until then...
I had several questions about some of the other install details. I am directly everyone here...
1. This is where I mounted the bracket for the strut. Since there are no instructions and this is the only way I could get them to work without binding I think this is the correct location.
2. You...
You could also probably just trim the top of the table with a circular saw so that the hatch shuts flush to the top of it. I have no doubt it can be made to work. The build quality is pretty good in my opinion.
@Newlife
I still have to get a new strip of Velcro to hold the carpet to the bed. Depending on how thick your table is it might work, maybe not. I assume you are talking about one of those plastic tailgate liners when you say "table".
You can see where the rack use to be and how far I moved it...
Yes, I have it configured where the tailgate closes with some effort against the carpet. Rebel includes a foam strip that I didn't use. The BedRug basically takes its place. I moved the entire rack forward by about a 1/4 inch, maybe an 1/8 inch... I hate rattles and it does not rattle.
