  1. No more affiliate pricing?

Affiliate pricing is optional for dealerships. They do not have to do it (Jeep cannot make them). Due to the current market, a lot of dealerships are doing affiliate pricing because they know they can sell Jeeps with a mark up. That being said, a lot of them are still willing to do it. You just...
  2. 35s and No Lift Thread

Mine did not come with any...no worries here.
  3. ? Finally another soft top! Rugged Ridge

This has been posted plenty of time before. Looks pretty weak.
  4. First time order! (Could use some insight)

If you intend to get bigger tires/lift, I would add the max tow package. As discussed, it will give you 4.10 gears and wider axles (which will allow you to run wider tires, especially if you run them on stock wheels) amongst other things. If you intend to stay stock, then maybe it’s not for...
  5. AEV 2” spacer lift vs Mopar 2”

Same here. AEV spacer kit. No issues/noises. Also run a JKS adj front track bar and the longer Mopar LCAs for now. I plan on going back to stock length LCAs and adding geo brackets soon tho.
  6. Still f*** no

4.10 gears, 315/70/17 tires. Recalibrated for tire size. I drive like an old man. I Have had her for almost 3 months. Mostly local driving - Not on the hwy much. Lucky to hit 14 once in awhile. Wasnt much better when it was stock. Basically stayed in 14's ... lucky to hit 15 back then. Plenty...
  7. Still f*** no

Can’t be any worse that the 13 mpg I get in my JT...
  8. Bed cover on the cheap! (From Chevy Colorado)

I bought the tyger roll up and had the same issue. I did not like that at all and ended up returning it. Thought there was something wrong with the one i was sent.
  9. what to buy WITH AEV mojave lift?

Metalcloak makes quality parts. You would want front lower to help with caster and rear upper (not lower) to adjust rear pinion angle....if you get any rear control arms. They are not really needed at 2" tho.
  10. Lift not level?

That’s the M18 stubby, which has the same rating at the M12..I believe 250 ft lbs. The M18 Mid Torque is a different impact and has more than double the torque at 650 ft lbs. Its still pretty compact.
  11. Installing Bed Utility Rails

I used a drywall knife to bevel the edge of the holes slightly and clear out just enough material to see the threads. It helped get the thread chaser (purchased on amazon M6x1.0) started in the threads and avoid cross threading. Backed out a bit every few turns to clear out material. It was...
  12. Lift not level?

I would say return the m12 stubby and put the money towards an M18 mid torque. I have both and rarely ever use the stubby. The M18 mid torque is my go to impact.
  13. Lift not level?

Yup, I have been happy with all my Milwaukee stuff. The M12 stubby has its uses, but I use my M18 mid torque 99 percent of the time. It’s a great mix of prety good power and compact size. I think even the 3.0 high output battery does a pretty good job power wise, but can’t beat the larger...
  14. Have you done 35’s and tazer/flashcal? Post thoughts

I used Jscan to recal for bigger tires. Def helped shifting. I felt like it was hanging on to gears a bit too long before I recalibrated. The complete setup for jscan is under 90 bucks..app with vin license, bypass cable and bluetooth OBDII connector (Cable and obdII connector avail on amazon)...
  15. Lift not level?

I used my Milwaukee M18 mid torque to loosen mine With no issues. You could try a high output battery next time (if you didn’t) or make sure you are using impact sockets...not regular chrome. Believe it or not, It actually makes a difference. I could see the smaller m12 stubby having a bit of...
  16. Lift not level?

Looks good to me...glad that helped out! Bounce the Jeep up and down a bit (while standing on the bumper) and try to help it settle, prior to tightening to torque spec....might help resolve the tiny bit of variance left between the two sides.
  17. what to buy WITH AEV mojave lift?

Hang down a bit...sure. That also helps with correcting control arm angles where lcas alone do not. Most geo brackets are also adjustable from 2 to 4.5 inches of lift. To comapre, most adj lcas are adjustable to the same 4.5 inches. The only advantage is they can go back to stock length (which...
  18. Lift not level?

You should actually do it with wheels on the ground, under load at ride height. If it makes it easier for you, you can take the wheels off to access and loosen up the control arms, but make sure you either get the wheels back on and on the ground or lower the axle down onto jack stands (under...
