If your running 37's, I assume you have also replaced/modified the stock suspension with some type of lift/mods. They could attribute the DW to your tires and/or the mods needed to run them. You can't expect them to fix a problem that was likely caused by aftermarket parts, bad installation or...
Backside of each corner has a plastic cover that is held in with some push pins. Once you pop them out (at least a few towards the outside corner) bend back the cover and you will see 1 small bolt you will need to remove (it screws into the back of the insert) Once that is out, you can use a...
I have the AEV kit on my Sarge Green Sport S, along with a jks adj track bar and extended Mopar LCAs. I happy with the kit, but ordered some rancho geo correction brackets to replace the LCAs and correct the control arm angle. No issues currently with caster or steering with the Mopar LCAs. Just...
Get more upgrades in other areas...yes. Close to the same towing? Not really. 6,000 VS 7,675 isnt all that close. Thats nearly a 30% upgrade in towing capacity.

Finished installing the rear half of my AEV 2" Spacer kit.
I was running a 3/4" Daystar spacer in the rear for a bit -to have it a bit more leveled, but it now has the full 2" front and rear.
Also plasti-dipped the stupid silver front bumper inserts. Much better now.
You do not need shock extensions for anything under 2 inches, regardless of what trim level/shocks came on it. The shocks all have the same collapsed/extended lengths.
