  1. Mojave Lift Options

I was told the same from Metalcloak. The rep told me the top of the coil spring was too narrow to fit with the hydraulic bumpstop.
  2. 35's and Rubicon Rims

What was the info? I wonder why they will on some tires but not others. I really like the stock wheels and want to keep them on the rig.
  3. 35's and Rubicon Rims

That's funny because the Discount near my house told me they would mount 12.5's on a stock 7.5" rim. I even called back to double check. I have Yokohama MT's on order in a 35x12.50 and plan on using my stock wheels.
  4. End link is smoked

I normally just need a few good hammer whacks. But a pickle fork works as well.
  5. New wet pavement handling issues?...

Nice. Im in Lake Stevens. I dont drive the gladiator much though. I have a company rig.
  6. End link is smoked

Should just be able to take the nut off and knock it out with a hammer. Its not really a press fit or anything.
  7. Disappointed by heated steering wheel

    Mine works great as well.
  8. Do it yourself slider rails?

Those look good. How much abuse can the stock rails hold up to I wonder? The trails up in the NW mostly consist of mud with tight trees and roots. Im thinking the stock rails should be fine.
  9. Do it yourself slider rails?

Does anyone sell a do it yourself slider rail that just needs to be welded on? Im an experienced welder but unfortunately dont have access to a tube bender. I just want a kit with bent tubing to weld to my stock rubicon sliders.
  10. Iron Rock Off Road spacer lift questions

Im not sure which bumpstops came with your Teraflex spacer. Bumpstops are used to keep your tires from rubbing on your fenders so it depends on what size tires you are running. You’ll need to dial that in if you are concerned about rubbing.
  11. Wheels with +25ish Offset

Method 703. They are on backorder currently. KMC makes a few at +18.
  12. Smaller spring lift…

That looks great. Exactly what Im looking for. Thank you!
  13. Smaller spring lift…

Nice. Do you have pictures? What size tires?
  14. Smaller spring lift…

Anybody have any experience with the Icon 1.5” rear springs? I’m looking for 2 inches maximum lift to replace my Mojave springs. Thinking of pairing them with the front Clayton 1.5” springs. Icon doesn’t make a front 1.5 and Clayton doesn’t make a rear 1.5. Seems like someone would make a more...
  15. Mopar 2” lift on diesel

Try using a jack under the axle housing where the pinion hole would be. Pushing that up rotates the axle forward and pushes the arm towards the rear. And keep the ratchet strap tight.
  16. Mopar 2” lift on diesel

Try a rachet strap. Wrap it around both axles and tighten.
  17. Iron Rock Off Road spacer lift questions

Might be best to ask Iron Rock the shock questions. As for the rest, nothing else is "technically" needed. Would it be nice to have the correct amount of bumpstop, trac bars, and some way to correct caster? That all depends on how you want your jeep to drive.
  18. Mojave Lifting

I'm in the same boat, as I prefer not to use spacers. Most kits from what I have researched will give more lift than advertised. If you aren't running heavy bumpers, winch, etc. then expect to get at least 3 inches maybe more from the Evo coils. Again, from the info I have gathered. I've been...
  19. FabTech Sport II 2" Lift Kit (Mojave)

No personal experience with the Fabtech lift, but from what I've read on this forum, you'll get almost 3.5 inches out of it. I may just end up with a spacer lift myself.
  20. Oldskool's Mojave Science Project

Updates? Which lift did you go with? How did it turn out?
