I don't think factory is 1000.. I believe its 1300. I have also read that there are other Chrysler vehicles that use the same pump except with a higher pressure. They lowered it for the JT/JL so that a power steering cooler wasn't needed from the factory.

well I have just the 6x9's installed. The difference is HUGE... Only problem is one is popping if I put the volume to anything above a 14 on the head unit. That said up to 13 they are much louder then before with much clearer audio.

Anyone have a clue as to what the capacity of the stock power steering system is. Everything I can find for the JT or JL lists it as NA. I am about to have some steering work done & its going to end up drained & given the price I dont want to over order by more then a couple quarts.

False.. I have an AWD car in the household & passed it on to my Girlfriend. I like it in the snow. But unless you have 90+ days a year where you are driving on actual snowy/icy roads then spending an extra few min to drive slow on those snowy days more then make up for the lower gas mileage...
