So I wasn’t happy with the shock bolts due to the lack of threads protruding past the nut. I did some research and located a longer bolt from a different FCA vehicle that was the same size and thread pitch. I ordered 2 of those and swapped them out today, much better now.

Check your door harness too. I've seen a few, depending on the age of the truck, end up with a broken wire inside the door harness from opening and closing the door. The bending and unbending of the wires eventually causes them to fail.

Installed my birthday present Armorlite flooring. Such an upgrade over the carpet and floor liners, very happy with how it turned out.

I did mine today and was able to get the floor to go under that piece fairly easily.

I found their customer service to be the opposite, it was great. I contacted them about it and they sent me a brand new cowl piece and the reinforcement within a couple days. since I installed those I’ve had zero issues.

The slots are actually a smidge wider, plus the bars between them are open, so that entire area is letting air through now instead of just the slots.

I did mine a couple months ago, I really like how it looks. Way more room around the winch too.
