The tow setting you are talking about is in the Tazer menu. I'm not 100 sure what it does, I've never touched it. There is no factory setting to disable or enable tow/haul, it just automatically adjusts.

Apparently it was a late availability that starting appearing sometime in December builds. There’s a couple threads on here where people have shown the newer built trucks include it. I would love to be able to turn it on it software if possible.

I used a Lacquer-stik to do mine and it worked pretty well You basically rub it into the letters and then I used a rag to clean off the excess. A spot of WD-40 lightly on the rag cleaned it right off. I like how it brought the letters up flush, so they almost look silkscreened on.
