Can you provide any insights and/or photos on how you tied the 80/20 extrusions to the AluCab T-slot? I've not done any projects with those extrusions yet, but likely to go with 10 series. So I'm not sure how best to tie that into the ALCC's M8 slot. Also wondering about best way to work...

Agreed. I’m quite interested in flush mount, but am frankly scared off by this thread. I’ve got OEM led lights and they seem to be the more problematic with this product. Bummer.

What's your build date? You can find it on driver side door sill, silver sticker. Mine built in May 2022 obviously does have it.
