Took mine in for a service today, asked them to check the back glass for I saw some water where the bluetooth speaker goes...
they called me back and confirmed it was leaking from the top part, the dealer took pics and sent them to Jeep.
they informed me they just had to do this to another...
Agreed... and going over 60mph
I drive with cruise anytime I’m out of town.
I have only seen above 18mpg on a tank once and that was stock, and I’m sure the speed limit was under 70 with a tailwind.
yes, they weren't out at the time, lol. I loved my diesel and I avg around 33k a year in it. GreenDieselEngineering was a great source as well. Due to the fact that my current Gladi is only a year old "Dec 27", Its just not in my cards or wallet to get into a brand new this soon.
Well, the DEF would smell that way for sure, but ,,,DEF is not used during a Regen.
In the Canyon a fifth fuel nozzle is used to increase the heat to burn out the crap...hence the heat, lower fuel economy as well for about 15 minutes of steady driving.
Although a new vehicle getting hot will...
Just a thought, Im coming from a Canyon Diesel that I had for 3yrs and put roughly 110k miles on before I picked up the Gladiator. IF that Eco Gladi was regining then you may have smelled something different. My canyon would put off a slight smell and excessive heat when regining. Other...
On my Sport S, I found that the stock tires were slightly off via GPS, when I put 285-70/17 Rubi take-offs my speedo was spott on. So it had me wondering if some were calibrated from the factory for those tires? I dont know, but thats what I found. When I went to 35's then yes...I...
Im running 3.73's with 35's and I never see 8th unless Im coasting to stop. 7th just depends...any type of incline or head wind what so ever and it will drop into 6th. Really considering 4.56. Just dont know if Ill ever actually do it.
Very happy with it! It was super easy to mount, the packaging was excellent. Everything lined up and no pieces were missing. With the winch the front end sagged about .50", I added a Mopar lift and a 1.5" Daystar front puck to help with the rake.
Went to Ohio from La and back. Once I got to Ohio I parked it and didn’t get in it till I left.
I will say I went there against a strong north wind and low and behold it was southerly on my trip back.
Im currently running 35’s and Mopar lift, speedo calibrated via gps app and JScan..
My best...
Speaking of driving style Im guessing that using the cruise control is not a good thing "for mine". When it had stock suspension and stock tires my sport S "3.73's" would get maybe 17mpg at 65mph with cruise on and worse at 70mph. I seem to get better around and in town. Id much rather stay...
@Gr8ful, Ive loaded a many C141, C5, C130 and KC-10's. KC's were tricky to build load plans for...axel limitations, weight distribution, etc. But were cool planes for the fact they can be used as tri-roll. Cargo, Pax, and refuel at the same time.
Never got a chance to load the C17...
@AzRob, @Jeeperjamie thanks for your help on this. Once they come out once they are much easier.
now just playing around trying figure out what all I can do and y’all have certainly gave me plenty things to look at.
SEMPER FI
good question...I thought you were pushing in on a little clip on the back side. I know when I pushed in I heard and felt it click...but no movement while wiggling and pulling the best I could without me just grabbing the harness and pulling
