I’ve got timeline calls today on our site relocation so fingers crossed. As long as our project stays on time for the first week of October I’ll be there ?
The bottoming out is largely due to the weight of the engine and not an inherent problem with the springs or struts. That being said the springs are designed to handle different loads so beyond “fitting” your vehicle just fine they may not perform as you might want. I’ll let someone with real...
Garbage article but I do find the banter in here comical.
I just took 10 minutes to look through the first few pages of tacomaworld forum on gen3 tacomas and it looks a lot like any automotive forum. Issues with frame rust, flickering lights, engine knocks, CELs after driving off the...
2 years and sitting at 45k miles. Still in the same boat that it was and is the best truck for my needs. It has its quirks and there are things I would change in a perfect world but zero desire to give this thing up any time soon.
I notice a significant difference in most vehicles after adding another 250lbs directly on the vehicle….
I noticed a significant difference with a topper and winch on stock 33’s.
I suppose though that since I’m on 35’s, topper, steel bumpers, winch, onboard air and daily drive mine if I say...
Personal preference is going to be the general response.
35’s if you want to stay with OEM spec rpm’s
37’s if you don’t care about losing acceleration/responsiveness.
Ownership has become anti capitalistic in a way. Far better to get people on subscription/rental based models. Imagine you subscribe to a lifestyle which includes your choice of car, apartment, internet, insurance, gym, entertainment, etc. etc.
Not saying I agree with it but this is...
That just might work on my end. I’m on some construction timelines with a project at work and as long as dates don’t get pushed again middle to end of October is perfect.
Kenda Klever R/T in 37 12.5 17 on Walmart are 322.60.
Great all around tire from aired down (15 psi) to highway driving. I’ve been through mud, snow, rain, slick rock, etc. And they have done amazing for the last 20k miles...
Not sure why but I couldn’t build my configuration with the 2023 site. Says cold weather package isn’t available with the automatic transmission…? Anyone else getting that?
Still, it’s about 4K over what sticker was on my gladiator (2020 JTR)
I love this area. I live 3.5 hours from the border of Colorado and these are the trails we drive most as well. Is that Moffat road just out of winter park?
You do realize many of the people on this forum spent 60k+ on their trucks and then turned around and dropped 10k+ in mods? I’m not sure the jump to a 70k+ SUV is that significant… at least not as significant as the horrid design barrier we are all trying to overcome.
