I had zero issues with my OEM clutch after around 118k miles, but I figured I'd get a free clutch out of the deal.
Three things that sucked about this process:
1. They didn't tighten the front drive shaft bolts at the differential. The front fell off while I was driving down the road...

It looks like the sensors were stuck in their bosses. That is stainless on stainless and can often become stuck. If part A needs to be changed under warranty, and part B and C are seized in part A, it seems that the responsible party for A needs to cover the cost of replacing B and C as well...
I disconnected the negative terminal for > 30 minutes, and also disconnected the connector to the sensor on the negative terminal. I assumed that was the IBS sensor. During this time I hit it with the charger on 10 A. Now the battery runs at 12.6 while cruising, at when I decelerate it...
The battery is brand new Platinum Super Start from O'Reilly. I've had it in for a few days. I'm rural. Most trips are at least 40 minutes during the week and 15 minutes on weekends.
I did this and ever time I start up and start rolling it says AUX switches aren't available. They are available soon after, but I get the warning every time.
I need to know if they'll do it on a manual. This would be a backup plan if my cam shaft gets eaten up again. With a V8 and a manual I'd never need another vehicle. I'd also never push 400 HP through it. I have other trucks for towing.
Bought new Kenda Klevers (2nd set) from Wal-Mart. They installed them and must have broken one sensor. It would read -- and then work and then -- again. I bought a new sensor and had them swap it. Now all sensors read, but about 10 minutes (or miles) into my morning commute I get an audible...
I replaced the tie rod, drag link, track bar, and stabilizer with Steer Smart stuff. Death wobble is gone. I'm going to run my tires a little longer because they're $300 each!
When removing the steering linkage, three of the four tie rod ends just popped out without having to use a pickle fork or beat on the knuckle. Only the pitman arm held its end tightly. Is that normal?
I am. I bit the bullet and bought SteerSmarts tie rod, drag link, track bar, and steering stabilizer a few days ago. If it still happens after that I'll get new tires, but I did have the tires balanced and that did not solve the problem.
I need to correct the record. It seemed as though my DW was gone, but it's just less prevalent. I still get it once a week or so. Today it was so bad I had to swerve to the shoulder and drop from 70 to 45. This particular spot is a known issue, but I let my guard down today while passing in...
We bought a 2018 Colorado 6 spd for my son's first vehicle. I shifts fine, but it just reminds me that the Gladiators manual is the smoothest most positive engagement manual I have ever felt. Even the sensation I get from just the feeling of rowing the gears is enjoyable.
