I have the rockhard sliders that angle down. They are heavy duty and kept my doors and body from getting smashed in from a car that veered into me and I had just had them re-powder coated. The factory sliders are simple and offer some protection but rockhard sliders are on another level.
Factory LEDs are made better and I feel like they light up the road better. There's a reason why used factory leds still cost so much. Oracles are a good option on a budget though.
To each there own. I know it's a popular way for male jeep owners to meet other male jeep owners from what I've heard, kind of a "wink wink" if you know what I mean but who cares what consenting adults do and more power to them if they can have a little bit of adventure in their adventure jeep...
Why am I not even surprised...
I've never owned a diesel because it's never suited my needs but I've heard alot of people talk about how modern diesels are being ruined by these new emission systems. It's pretty telling that the people enforcing the rules don't live by them.
Just changed the cabin filter and it was moderately dirty. Even had some small winged insects in there. Before I replaced the filter I turned the ac on full blast and turned off recirculation. Then I sprayed a good amount of lysol disinfectant into the cowl vent. Let it run for a couple of...
No not yet. Just hit 42k miles though so Iam sure it's due. I did change a filter on a 14 wrangler thinking it would help the ac smell but it did not. You have to clean out the source I beleive.
The AC stinks when I first turn it on. It's pretty common and there are videos on YouTube of how to clean your venting etc. Anyone try this and if so what method did you use? There are videos of people using disinfectant spray on their cowl ventilation and then other methods using a foam spray...
That would suck having to get warranty work after 50k miles. I don't think you are good fit for a diesel though given all the headaches people have with them.
