Research Headlight Revolution. At least watch a couple of their vids relating to jeep. Good info about the 7"/9" round lights we have, as well as led bulb replacements if u keep ur assemblies.
Got these on mine. Love em. Great cut off, easy adjust, matches all ur wants except "halo". But u can just not connect them. Lo beam is proctor, high beam is 4 individual led at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. Wont need a light bar, and nobody flashes me. There was even a bundle option for the fogs...
Set of rough country neoprene seat covers for $170. Buy the time they look like crap and ready to replace, you will have spent just as much on chemical guys or other cleaners. Just a suggestion.
Oh, and the cover add a lil extra plush too.
It looks like they compare it to a warn, but it actually directly competes with the x20 gen2. Im debating between both and so far, im liking the better warranty and extra 20' of line on the smittybilt. But if apex can be had for cheaper.... its a toss up.
Palm Bay. Also checked in in Central FL. Think I seen that red one floating around Melbourne. I tend to hit the compound and PSJ. Weekends day or night. Also looking for info on group trail rides/adventures/overland. Keep the updates on those coming.
If u don't mind the trip, pull up Google maps, Port Saint John shouldn't be too far i believe. Right off i95. Go west and you will see the entrance next to a creek. ATVs to trucks. Even a creek u can ride in. The "car wash" lol. Mostly sugar sand and mud holes.
Also there's the Compound in Palm...
There is NOTHING wrong with just bulb replacements to LED.... BUT. Some styles are better than most. Before used to be cree xhp50, now they're leaning more towards philips zes chips. I've tried both in various vehicles and have personally prefered xhp50. Again. Not all are good in both...
If you put LED bulbs in where they were halogen, u just need to flip as such. Are u also converting from amber to white on turns, or vice versa with DRL? Don't need to flip switches for that, just bulb color and then operating wattage. But its possible that the bulbs u put in are still lower...
In Florida, on interstate, most have a guard patrolling overnight. Turnpike, some have trooper stations. So I'm not too worried at home. Also they're usually about 10-20 miles min from nearest city/town exit.
Like u I would at least have my side arm within arms reach. Sometimes u just want to get to ur destination asap, but u get bit by the sleepy bug and just need a quick power nap. Thats all I'm concerned about.
The type/style of muffler DOES make a difference in sound. But when it comes to making more power, don't expect anything more than about 5 hp/tq. Even then, itll be up top in rpms. I've always found that magnaflow straight thru mufflers will give a nice deep tone, regardless of engine type. Just...
I know I could always rest in the vehicle, but being able to spread out in the tent, which mine is quite comfy, would allow me to rest easier. Thanks for the replies.
Aside from metal lines, pump and injectors would be the weak point. Not sure now, but I remember those 2 parts being more expensive than for running up to e10.
Magnuson Act protects against dealer wish/wash. Dealer has to prove aftermarket part is to blame. Ex.
If dirt is in the intake/runners/chambers, then yes its void.
If intake is clean and find it was bad bearings, then its a warranty claim... or poor ownership ;p
Regardless, you'll have to pay...
