Does your auto have a "tow" button? My Ram had that and it lessened its eagerness to incessantly upshift. I never towed, but used it on hilly roads often.

If you go back 5 posts before yours, it looks like RiderDad27 has found track mounts with the Overland rack that solves your (our) problem. Only I can't get him to reply with the info about the feet he's using. I can't find them on the Overland site -- not even sure that's who makes the feet.

You'd get that impression just reading these negative threads -- people pissing about the recall, 1st being too low and 5th/6th being too high (maybe just 5th?) But IMO, driving it is a pleasure. An easy clutch that doesn't make your leg ache in traffic. 1st is low for a reason and crawling...
