You might want to get a hold of JCR and let them know what happened. Many MFGs like to know when their products fail and they may want to update the design. It wouldn't hurt to call.

you won't catch me towing with my Gladiator on a highway with barriers. Between that and a semi it's downright dangerous. Hopefully mine gets fixed this week. taking it in tomorrow.

Agreed. Mine is not OK for sure. Anyone that I have let drive it has commented immediately about how bad it felt. My wife doesn't even want to drive it because of it.

I think I'd find a different dealer if they can't even adjust your steering wheel. I'm hoping my dealer takes this seriously and fixes the problem. Clearly they don't all do this.
