For anyone that comes across this in the future, i took a very thin and sharp blade and slowly cut the piece off so that my fog lights were still protected. It looks great.
Granted i only tried it because i ordered a new bumper to replace the stock one so if i messed up the stock it didnt matter.
I see them standard on the reubicon model. Just not sure what to search for. They are basically the long part that replaces steps and covers the bolt holes.
I have plenty of bumpers I like, plenty of fenders, but it is sooooo difficult to see how these would look together.
Any pieces out there that are designed to go together?
Yea these are the rims it came with. One of the reasons for me choosing this truck. The granite color with black sort of ghosted throughout does it for me.
Man I removed the 6 screws and the large black pin and i struggles to get it off. There seemed to be a piece that went into the bumper that kept it attached and i couldnt figure out how. Ah well. I'll try again another time i guess.
That looks really good with and without the lift. Maybe I will start with tires and if I dont like it, add the lift. Hmm..... man this is fun and hard.
What size tires are you going to end up getting? Is there a chart somewhere that explains what size tires you should get for how much life you add?
So new to this.
I'm reading i cant get by with 35" tires with just a 2.5" lift. Just dont know if that is all in my budget.
