  1. High pitched noise from throttle body with engine off and vehicle in run

Do all 3.6L's have a high pitched noise from the throttle body with the engine off and the vehicle in the run position? I know it's that because I can unhook the harness from the TB and the noise goes away. It might do it with the engine running too but I just can't hear it over the engine...
  2. 3 inch lift ride quality on 37’s

Since it looks like those are the stock control arms some Geometry Correction brackets would probably do you wonders. Edit: can't tell if there are adjustable upper front control arms from the pics or not, but since the front lowers are stock (or mopar lift ones, impossible to tell without...
  3. Is this how my ball joints are supposed to look?

At 2:08 in that video his upper ball joint seems to look exactly like what the OP's does after guy said he torqued things down.

    Thank You sir!
  5. X

Thanks! I'm thinking more of how far into the bed it sticks. Since that's not going to be flexible like the soft rollup i'd be interested in knowing how much space is lost from a large item being able to be pushed flat against the front of the bed.

Man, I really like that tonneau. I wanted a hard cover but didn't like the folding ones. How thick is it when rolled up? I'm wondering how much a difference in space it might be over my soft roll up.
  7. Shoutout to great service from Discount Tire

Yet another great experience with Discount Tire. I've used them for years for all my vehicles and the service has been top notch. During the Black Friday event I had picked up a set of 37x12.50x17 Cooper SST Pro's and had them mounted at Discount Tire. From the onset, I had a hard pull to the...
  8. Kentucky 2021 Overland EcoDiesel - Nicely Upgraded and Ready to Go

I don't know why people have so much hate for people putting themselves out there on YouTube. There are many people modifying their vehicle like @WXman has. I like to read/watch as much as I can about something before doing it so I appreciate these guys putting this out there. If you'd...
  9. Flush Mount LED Tail Lights for Jeep JT | Group Buy Pre-Order

Maybe so. I do like mine. I think it all comes down to thickness. It seems they could have made them thinner for the JT. Maybe they did and it just looked like crap in comparison to what we have.
  10. Flush Mount LED Tail Lights for Jeep JT | Group Buy Pre-Order

Man, I just saw the JL version of these flush mount lights and I can’t help think we were just the beta testers for a better product for the JL. So much thinner looking and the finish seems higher quality: https://www.oraclelights.com/products/jlflush?rq=mk_jeep~md_wrangler-jl~yr_2020
  11. Illinois Thinking of purchasing a Diesel Gladiator Rubicon Fully Loaded

Do you want the rubicon for the features you can’t get on a sport? If you can do without some of the fancy a sport S or Willy’s might be a good fit too. Save some cash for other mods.
  12. Mud guards for Rubicon??

Ace engineering rock sliders. They are not frame mounted. They mount to the three body mounts. The mudflaps did not interfere.
  13. Oracle Flush Mount Tail Lights

I was a pre-order and got mine in the very first shipment that went out. I don't know that my wait time would really relate to an order after the fact. I ordered April 21st as part of the preorder and got them Oct 15th.
  14. Flush Mount LED Tail Lights for Jeep JT | Group Buy Pre-Order

Yes, this is still the case. Oracle says they are very close to having a non programmer solution for Factory LED equipped JT's. Basically, the breakdown of the issues are: NON Factory LED JTs: - Reverse Lights non functional/flashing. Oracle has a separate wiring harness that you install in...
  15. Oracle Flush Mount Tail Lights

I think their sales software leaves a lot to be desired. I was in the pre-order and they couldn't tell me my place in line in the pre-order either. Love the lights, but man, it seems like the sales system puts your order in a mystery box that even Oracle doesn't know about until it spits out...
  16. guys who did own lift install

@AXISJT This is a video of Dirt Lifestyle installing a Clayton lift on his JT diesel. This is the point in the install where he talks about this bolt:
  17. Lets see all those Gladiators with lifts and bigger tires!

I’ve also heard that some tires may not fit the mopar beadlocks because the bead is too thick and no one makes spacers for the lock ring.
  18. Arizona Is there access hole in the back wall of cab?

Not through the back that I know of but there is in the rear passenger floorboard. There are plastic plugs under some thick tape (tape is painted). I ran my CB wire though it. I think there is one on the drivers side rear floorboard too.
  19. Garage Hoist for Rack and RTT

I made this contraption using that hoist for my hardtop and freedom panels. My garage isn’t tall enough to lift it off in line with the truck. The front is just some all thread that goes through the stock front hard top bolt holes and the back is lifted with some repurposed bike lift hooks...
  20. Oracle Flat LED Tail lights

I didn't splurge for the rather expensive ODB Link MX. I bought the $31 VGate ICar Pro BLE. It's worked for everything I've needed. Figure I'd rather be out $31 bucks if I end up finding something it can't do versus spending $90 more and finding out I never needed any of the things that the...
