Little over 2K miles and lots of towing on steep hills and curves. I’ve experienced no issues so far; however, I initially thought something was going on with the clutch until I noticed what was going on. When the clutch is pressed to the floor the RPM’s would slightly rise in between shifts...
Chief Blue made a quick return for sure lol. I wish Jeep would follow through with the retro themed Scrambler they advertised a couple years back... I love that era of Jeep styling!
I would really like to see Mojito return, my wife’s 2018 Mojito Rubicon gets a lot of looks and positive compliments! I’m also glad to have purchased a hydro Mojave... I enjoy colors that aren’t seen everyday!
I would consider the older Bronco's to be one of my favorite Ford models; however, the soon to be released Bronco is a Wrangler knock-off with IFS! The only thing that truly outshine the Wrangler/Gladiator is the Bronco's powerplant (when comparing it to the 3.6 Pentastar). If I were worried...
I don’t blame Jeep here, sounds like shipping related damages and poor PDI inspection by the dealership! My frame rails are scratched heavily from where the shipping company fasntended the truck down during transit.
If you don't like it, don't buy it! My wife has a hardtop Wrangler Rubicon and I have the folding soft top Mojave... I personally could careless if people can't get over seeing my soft top in the "man bun" position; especially given the amount of periodic rain we receive in Ohio.
I finally figured out was was causing this issue! When I push the clutch to the floor the engine revs an additional 500 RPM by its self to burn unspent fuel. Did I ever mention how much I hate emission related garage?!
I certainly did not purchase my Mojave to lay patches of rubber around town. The only time the engine feels underpowered is when I tow close to 4500lbs. Overall, I'm very pleased with the engine output, if I need more power I simply downshift.
I've owned both a 2018 JL Sport Manual 2D and 2021 JT Mojave Manual. Both transmissions shifted well; however, the JT requires more driver input (downshifting) due to increased weight and tire size. My only complaint is clutch pedal feel, I can physically feel gear changes through the clutch...
I usually run 4th gear all the way up to 60. The truck still has plenty of passing power, manages decent fuel economy and easily maintains speed when driving in elevation. If I'm on flat ground with minimal traffic, 50 mph in 5th is not an issue.
