I’m in a similar position but won’t be able to install until next year. My plan is to keep an eye out for 4th of July and Black Friday/cyber Monday sales. Those are a little far out if you are wanting to get it installed in the next month or two though.

I went with the ARB full width because it gave the look it wanted. My JK has a mid-width. I love the stubby look, but for primarily on road rigs I prefer slightly better protection/coverage.

Looking good! I've cut both of my Jeep hoods to install the poison Spyder louvers but haven't had the balls to install side armor like that yet. Maybe one day, as I do love the look!

What he said ^^ Mine came with halogens all around. Tazer setting for LED heads, fogs, and DRLs worked perfectly for mine.

Yea..the weird high ish idle when starting and not letting the revs drop is weird. There has been a few times I’ve been in a hurry and it’ll keep me putting along at 10-15mph in 2nd gear without any throttle on my end and you can feel the “acceleration”.

That battery fit in the cradle just fine? Will be buying a new battery myself within the next year most likely.

Nicely done. I think you made the right choice to upgrade parts rather than play games with the dealer, regardless of warranty. I realize it probably cost you a pretty penny or two, but it sounds like you are all set! Just out of curiosity, are you running larger tires or crazy offset wheels...

Any chance your hood is open (one latch undone)? I had the same message one day and found that the hood being open can cause an ESS fault resulting in a light.

Can you give more info on this. I’d love to add rock lights and not take up an aux switch. Potential dimmer feature would be kick ass too. any write up/photos?
