  1. Worried about the environment

? First in for the discussion... On a serious note though, I completely agree with you on multiple levels. Doesn't make sense now, and more than likely won't make sense (economically or environmentally) for quite some time. That said, renewable natural resources and renewable energy MUST be the...
  2. Trans-America Trail (TAT) through NM and CO

Nicely done! I can't wait to tackle the TAT one day when time allows.
  3. Updated 2024+ grille installed on my 2020 JT (temperature readings added)

I like it. Unfortunately finding one in Gobi to match my Gladiator probably won't be too easy
  4. Holy Cross

Dangit. Work week has killed me and I have to finish changing a clutch out in one of my other vehicles tomorrow. That view looks amazing
  5. Manual Transmission Recall 19A

2022 MT Willys here, no issues (yet) with the transmission, although I only have ~8k on it. I'd love to get a new centerforce clutch installed at no cost, but then I also am worried about the Jeep dealership actually installing the part correctly and it functioning for the life of the vehicle...
  6. Il take any advice on taking this lug nut out!

Whoop!!! Nice resolution and congrats. Hope your friend showed their appreciation for all your hard work and headache!
  7. Your Other Jeep

2015 JK Willys love this thing.
  8. Grenadier Quartermaster competition

Fair point on the I6 and 8HP. I’m not a big fan of direct injection, but I have heard some good things about that BMW engine. And I suppose since it’s also in the Supra that’ll ensure there’s a decent aftermarket and parts availability in the future.
  9. Colorado or Front Range Gladiator owners

In it to win it for Holy Cross. Lots of stuff going on around here but if I'm off work I'll make the time for it.
  10. Grab handle, delete - Justinswidebody- 3d printing

    Gauge pod would be legit.
  11. Grenadier Quartermaster competition

I have a close friend who reserved a Grenadier so have been following these for a while. If not for the upfront cost and potential cost of maintenance down the road (BMW powertrain) I'd be into it. It looks a little goofy stock, but so does the gladiator. From what I understand about these...
  12. My (Almost Mine) JT & Back Story

Congrats! Sounds like being patient paid off for you. You’re going to love it!
  13. Punk’n Color Returns For 2023 Jeep Gladiator

Bikini AND Punk’n?!?!? Damn. I just paid off my Gobi :(
  14. P2457 code

My JK pentastar EGR is on the rear passenger side of the engine. A total PITA to get to from the top. Some have had success changing it out through the wheel well. I’m not positive but I’d imagine it’s in the same place on the JT/JL platform. how many miles on your gladiator? 100k on my JK and...
  15. Blown engine tear down - Pentastar 3.6L that bought the farm

I can only imagine the mess of codes, limp mode, and diagnostics time if that were to happen to a modern engine. Likely wouldn't even drive and would have to be towed.
  16. New or Used?

Snazzberry for the win! That's the color I really wanted but they dropped it before I placed my order, so I ended up with Gobi. If the warranty checks out and it hasn't been heavily modified in any way I'd go for the 2021. Sounds like the biggest difference is ~4k miles (not many at all) and the...
  17. Il take any advice on taking this lug nut out!

hah! All good. We’ll be here waiting for the “after” pic.
  18. God I love my gladiator

Nicely done. We're going on a kayak trip today and I have to agree, it's a pretty daggum awesome truck-jeep!
