In 2025 I Resolve To Offroad with Metalcloak!
To fulfill my pledge I need:
1st Choice Product Name*
Jeep JT Gladiator Leveling Suspension & Lift Kit.
Metalcloak | Jeep JT Gladiator Leveling Kit | Front Suspension
2nd Choice Product Name*
Overline Rocker Rails, JT...
We should have about 5 feet already in my area, this year we have got NONE!! I'm mad cause I wanted to test out these R/T tires that came on my JT but can't. Mountain ranges don't even have snow on them.
By August I am planning to be on a 2.5" Clayton RR+ and 35's but more likely 37's.
As of right now I'm on factory Height and 33's, Factory sliders, Rubi Steel stubby with Badlands 12k. I have a 1.5" F and 3/4" R level awaiting install and plan to order 35's.
I want to at least get a badge while I'm there, I'm not going to be where i feel comfortable yet so Fins and Things will probably be my only badged trail. If i can get this lift delivered and save up for some 35's i will be more comfortable.
I'm still scared to even plug my tazer in, but when I get home it needs to happen. I'm on factory halogen settings but have Led fog lights on a factory steel takeoff and it looks like a damn strobe light every time I turn them on. I'm also hoping it will fix my reverse light issue on my new oracles.
That would help out for sure, my cousin is a Reno native and wont get back to me on whether or not he can guide me through it.
My rig is still far from a crawler, but with the right spotter it may be possible.
Just made my account on RR4W and paid the $50. I am planning on getting out there on Sunday, but probably not going to start wheeling until Monday morning. Still have to find somewhere off the beaten path to pitch up a tent for all of us.
Was not aware of the BW JT club.
2020 JTR brought home in October '24.
Only mild changes so far, waiting on 3/4" rear spacers to go with the 1.5" front and 35's.
Hoping everything will work out with a local shop to have the Clayton 2.5 Rideright+ installed and I want to say 35's but more likely 37's put on. My 33's and stock height aren't working out with the local rock faces.
I can possibly add that to the list for tomorrow. on a scale of 1-10 how hard is it? and can i mount D-ring mounts in there place like it appears you did?
Another update, Aux delete went smoothly and JT is running again, check engine light was on all the way home. went to start it this morning and wouldn't you know it, no check engine light and console said 14.4v on battery. I have a picture of the front end but don't have my phone at work to post...
I didn't use the turn signal splice, but I also just ordered a pair of oracles with the heated lenses. when I said we didn't get any snow yesterday I finally got the Aux delete done last night and drove home in sleet. hooray for me.
