Here's a good picture of why I needed to widen the crossing. It was just too narrow and dangerous to cross. There is a 10 ft. drop off on the right.

The rainy months are over and it’s time to do some trail maintenance. First up is widening my creek crossing so I can get the Gladiator across.

The third run of tornadoes rolled through St.Louis last week. This time a couple trees took out my RAV4. Surprisingly the house and Jeep did OK.

Here's the best way to charge a Pecron 1000 or larger. It may be included in the purchase of the Pecron, but I'm not sure. There are videos on Youtube of this powering other power supplies like Buetti. https://www.pecron.com/products/pecron-500w-car-charger-dc1242-500-for-car-rv-van

I would try 2 things to see if you can get the Pecron 1000 to charge from your truck's inverter or your installed inverter. 1) Go into your phone's smart app for the Pecron and see if you can decrease the 120v input charging to 400 watt. I think I saw a video about this, but I cant find it...

I use a Pecron 600, which has been pretty good as long as I run the truck every day or two. I'll go with a Pecron 1000 or 1500 when I replace it. The trick is that I'm limited by my 400 watt truck's built in inverter and the Pecron 600 has a 350 watt charger. I'll have to see if the Pecron...

So here's the easiest way to power a fridge so you don't have to worry about the truck's battery. If you have a built in 120v outlet in your truck, just plug in a power supply to this. Then plug your fridge into the power supply. The truck charges the power supply only when the truck is...
