Congrats! I love the Mojave in sarge green. We pick up our Punkn orange Mojave in a few weeks. Not my first Jeep, but my first new one. Very curious to see how much nicer the JL/JT platform is compared to our JK.
Mine was built about the same time as yours (weirdly went into Production 9/8 but didn't show built until 9/23) and I just got word that its sitting at Gupton awaiting pickup. I was in JS status when the strike hit so I guess it squeaked out just before things hit the fan. Or mine was offsite...
Well, I guess some Punkn Gladiators did indeed squeak out before the strike! I just got word from Gupton Motors that our Jeep is in! We are driving from OH to TN to pick it up, but we won't be able to get it until the week of the 16th when we are down that way for the Cumberlands Jeep Jamboree.
Whoops. Forgot max tow group on mine as well.
Ordered 8/4
Scheduled 8/15
In Production 9/8
Built 9/22
Shipped 9/23
Seems suspect it went from built to shipped in a day, but there’s also no way it took 2 weeks to get built either.

Soft Tri-fold Tonneau

Hopefully that TBD ETA on the tracker today means it delivered and not that its paused in some yard for lord knows...
I got word my Punkn Mojave ordered 8/4 should arrive to the dealer between tomm and next Friday. But then the tracker went from that date to TBD. Now that is the tracker, so take that with a grain of salt. When my Ram's date went to TBD, it was at the dealer already. According to my dealer...
So anyone like me in 'Production' status as the strike starts? According to Gupton, my truck is finished and in storage (JS status) which make me feel marginally better. However, I don't see this strike being quickly resolved. So some painful waiting is in store. The last GM strike went 40+...
I'm hoping it rolls off the line before midnight Thursday if they strike. I can't imagine its still stuck on the line with it going into Production last Friday. When I ordered my RAM truck, the tracking site was always either wrong or behind what actually happened. My delivery date on the...
I hope that is the case. Ours went into Production status last Friday and my worry is them going on strike with it half built on the line or them paying zero attention waiting for the stroke announcement. Not sure how long it typically takes to go from Production to Built status.
My Punkin Mojave popped into Production status 9/8 (ordered 8/4) and is now showing an ETA of 9/28. Mine does have to go offsite for bedliner and tonneau though. After my ordering expereience with RAM, I'm not putting a ton of faith in the 9/28 ETA, but it is moving along through the process.
Nicely done! Great shots of the vistas and mountains in there. Great drone footage. Looks like a fun trip!
I terms of your feedback request: Me personally, I like there to be a fair amount of talking in terms of describing what we are seeing, how the day went, etc vs just lots of video...
My Punkin Mojave hit D1 status only 11 days after we placed the order. Not sure how soon that scheduling is, but for that color I'm at least sequenced in the build schedule somewhere.
I wish more people had that sentiment on vehicle colors. Then we would have more options than black, white, 6 different shades of gray and 1-2 cool colors.
My Ram Powerwagon is hydro blue and the new Gladiator Mojave for the wife will be Punkn orange.
The TJ will take less to mod and need less lift than the Gladiator to climb things. That little guy will have a much easier time getting up and over stuff. You could do it with the Gladiator too, but its going to require more mods and lift to come out unscathed.
However, the Gladiator is...
I ended up ordering a 23 since we wanted the Punkn orange color badly and its a crap shoot when a color you want pops up (where are you Gecko and Mojito?!). It seems like fun colors get harder to find every model year.
We didn't care for the new grill or the new interior screen and didn't...
Where from in Ohio? Be curious to hear about your trip. I'm from up in the Akron/ Cleveland area, but my wife and I are considering making the drive to Moab next Spring in the Gladiator and Powerwagon.
Stellantis's websites are all hot garbage for staying up to date. I ordered my Punkn Gladiator about 3 weeks ago with no issue. I ordered a RAM Powerwagon and went through all the same stuff. Options and color shown online in the configurator were not available online and other items not...
I'm thinking whoever mentioned runs of Punkin being done in September may be onto something because I went D1 status yesterday as well. They will paint in batches so it makes sense they are grouping Punkn and scheduling. My Ram Powerwagon is Hydro Blue and it took forever to get scheduled...
My Gladiator hasn't shown up yet, but sliders will be on the short list since its a Mojave.
I have the LOD sliders for my JK and those things are amazing. If you don't want body damage and you really offroad on rocks, skip anything mounted to the pinch seam. Go frame mounted. My rubi...
