I average anywhere from 21 - 24 MPG on a stock Willys, but haven't seen below 20 MPG yet.
Looks like you're on a Rubicon, maybe your lift/tires makes a difference?
I think I'm doing a bad job of explaining this... ?
Let me try again. So, since you added the hardware, you need to now tell the computer to enable these features.
The dealer CAN do this via flashing the computer by adding the sales code GXD. YMMV when you go this route--some may do it, some...
If you get the Tazer, you don't have to involve the dealer/Jeep. You plug in the device, and enable the function all on your own (I don't have a Tazer, so not sure exactly how).
It seems like you already went to the dealer and inquired about having them add it--the code GXD mentioned is what...
I believe the dealer needs to add the code for it, from AllMoparParts:
Programming of the passive entry sales code GXD will be required via a 3rd party programmer such as the Tazer JL found here.
As mentioned above, you can either buy a Tazer JL or use JScan mobile app + OBD dongle.
Install wasn't too bad--mine weren't totally straight, and I had to actually use a longer bolt for one of the sections that goes through the pinch weld, but was able to tighten it down without issue.
It's definitely closer to the body at some spots than others.
As far as ground clearance, I...
I'm a huge fan of how the Mopar steps look, but given that, I felt that they didn't fit with my Willys styling.
I went with Rough Country: https://www.roughcountry.com/rc-jeep-wheel-to-wheel-nerf-steps-rcj1980t.html and love the look of them.
I had the Mopar steps on my Sport S, and thought...
I think you mean 4 wires.
I had all 4 wires going to the driver side headlight, only had 3 on the passenger side. BUT I was able to replace a 16" harness that had the 3 wires to one with 4 (since 4 wires were coming in, 3 wires going to the headlight).
The connector circled goes to the...
You're exactly correct--the performance ones have a step built in as well. If they weren't $1k, I would have gone with them, as I like the stock look of the rock rails.
Ahh, yeah... I think I was a bit worried at the beginning, but that calculation that you're seeing doesn't actually mean it's at 100%, just that the system is ready for/doing a regen.
Lots of info here as well, if you haven't checked it...
