Never been to H/M, hope to get there sometime.
I bought the Tazer also. I might be incorrect with this, but it's my understanding that it'll allow the switches to be seen in the radio menu, but the main computer still won't let it work.
More to the point, my understanding is the main...
Installed some amber Rigid 360 series 4" driving lamps as a way to get ready for West Virginia snow and fog!
I've never in a million years thought I'd consider $400+ for a single pair of driving/fog lamps; I hope they are worth it.
The initial impression for the light quality is that they...
Sweet. We just moved to WV for a job at Snowshoe. Looking forward to some backcountry exploring for sure. You close?
As for the install, I had already purchased the switches, fully planning to install them myself. After learning that none of the aftermarket computers would actually flash the...
Prepping for the fog & snow of West Virginia with some 4" Rigid 360s.
I hope these lights are worth the $; I've never, ever spent more than $100 on a fog or driving light outside of some Corrado VR6 Euro-headlights from back in the day.
Also, The more I get closer to pulling the trigger on a rack, the more 411 I find that I don't like.
JCR (who I was going to use because I like the quality of their molle stuff) reads in the fine print: 500lb dynamic weight*, then "*Serious offroading with this much weight on rack is not...
Is there any way you would be kind enough to snap a photo of the rack attaching to the bed? The only thing I've seen online is a drill version of the racks with the tonneau cover adapters.
Thank you for the help!
I've had similar experience.
I bought a Swingbox from company "X", and 2-days later got an email saying it was on B/O for 30-days.
Quadratic claimed it was "in-stock." So, I cancelled my order with company "X" to buy from Quadratic. I got an email right after the order stating the item ships...
And now at 7 weeks we're at 9k. In fairness, we've been at 9k since week 6.
We're slowing down now.; so hopefully we'll just be adding a few hundred a month again.
Yeah, we bought the Gladiator on the road while travelling. By the time we made it back to the east coast (2 weeks later) we had already 5k on her. We thought we'd slow down (technically we have), we put another 4k on her.
We're hoping to stay more local for a month or two. After that...
I've been searching myself. I've had $ waiting to be spent for months; but no real deals going on.
4WP does have some discounts, but every time I order from them it takes weeks & weeks to get my stuff that was bought as "in-stock."
Is there anyway you'd measure the distance from the top of the decked to the top of the bed?
It seems there is about 4.5-5".
I need to be able to carry lumber and such, so I'm trying to figure out if there is enough space to carry like 10 sheets of drywall, etc.
Thank you in advance.
I have a Rubicon with the LED package & a 7" screen. I have USB's in the dash, in the console box and on the back of the center console with an 120 outlet for the back seats; but I do not have a bed 120 outlet.
Made my 1st payment today!
And also drove another 260 miles; we are now 150ish miles shy of 9,000 miles in 5.5 weeks of ownership,
Already done 1 oil change and 2 tire rotations and love'n the truck.
shipping hint: try taping all of the boxes together to create 1 large package; then try to use a shipping service like "bikeflights." Although, weight may be an issue.
Finally got into the woods today!
So stoked on how well this Jeep does off-road. Found some thick deep mud, dropped it into 4L and rear locker, hit 'R' and it pulled itself out without any pedal input at all. Can't wait for actual tires with some flotation!
