I like them too, and I agree their color are probably even closer to match. For me, the problem is the font. It's not the Jeep font (IMO) because it looks to bubbly or cartoonish for my taste. Everything is a bit too rounded off for may liking, I prefer more of the standard Jeep font.

I wouldn’t worry about the thickness. Just get a 3m with strong adhesive that is as thing as you can get so it sits as close to flush/flat to the handle as possible.
