  1. BEWARE - DBL BLACK OFFROAD FENDER EXTENSIONS

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your flares. I’ve had mine for two years and they’ve held up well with lots of travel down gravel roads. While fiberglass might not be ideal, it can actually be repaired easily. Earlier this year, I failed to navigate around a trash can while...
  2. Best Front Sway Bar Quick Disconnects for a non-Rubicon

I second this statement. Well worth the money and the performance. I’ve been running the Autolynx on my 2021 Mojave for nearly 2 years with zero issues.
  3. Gear ratio poll for 37” tires on 17” wheels 3.6 gasser

While I appreciate the differing opinions on re-gearing versus stock, I can say with 100% certainty that my driving enjoyment is much higher with 5.38’s than it was with 4.10’s and 37’s. I’ve tried hard to consider all of Zach’s reasoning for why I shouldn’t have re-geared, but I’ve never once...
  4. "Do I REALLY need to re-gear for 37s?" - Yes. Yes you do.

I also have 5.38’s and 37’s. Never once have I ever wished I had gone with less gears. I have driven across South Dakota where the posted speed limit is 80mph and kept my cruise at 85-88mph for 7 hours straight driving with 2 fingers on the wheel @ 2750 rpm’s. I’ve been super happy with the...
  5. Mopar longer controls paired with AEV GEO's

I run both the Mopar LCA’s and the AEV drop brackets in the middle setting. I noticed a huge improvement in straight line tracking and return to center after adding the LCA’s (Geo brackets already installed and set to middle). I suppose you could argue that I could have just set my drop...
  6. Apex Airlynx - Help Me Pull The Trigger (or not)

I’d personally just get the 8” stroke Autolynx and you’ll be fine, no cutting. I’ve got the AEV Mojave lift and swapped the front spacers for 3” synergy springs. I eventually swapped over to the 10.5” stroke Autolynx and I have zero contact with my liner at full stuff. I really can’t see a...
  7. AEV 2" spacer lift for Mojave Gladiator

I run the same tire size and they pair well with the AEV 2” lift. I eventually moved up to a 3” front synergy spring due to my bumper and winch but most everything else with my lift is still the original AEV. I also run a good amount of armor and it still sits and rides fine.
  8. Nebraska Apex Autolynx 8" Stroke

    Sorry, Caveman bought them yesterday.
  9. Nebraska Apex Autolynx 8" Stroke

I got zero noise out of these and my new set is silent as well. It’s all about the installation.
  10. Nebraska Apex Autolynx 8" Stroke

The scratch does face the rear. I initially tried a set of Metal Cloak springs and got a ton of spring bow. The passenger side spring bowed towards the autolynx and must have made contact at some point. I didn’t know the scratch was there until I removed them. The 8.5” autolynx were still...
  11. Nebraska Sold: Apex Autolynx 8" Stroke

I am selling a pair of Apex Autolynx that are 8" stroke, revision 1 and approximately 1-year-old. They are in perfect working order and the only flaw is a scratch in the anodizing on the passenger side autolynx. They work as-intended off-road and they paired perfectly with my Mojave and 2" AEV...
  12. Mojave 2 inch lift with synergy coils

I run Synergy 3” coils, AEV shock extensions, geo correction brackets as well as the Mopar LCA’s. I also bought the LCA’s with the expectation that they would be cheap insurance; they very much exceeded my expectations. I did them after the fact with the synergy springs so I had a good...
  13. 4.88 Gears Safe For Distance On Highway?

I have 5.38’s and run 37’s. I have run my Jeep for 14 hours straight at 80mph with rpm’s hovering around 2650-2700, I pulled in my driveway and took a temp reading of my diffs following that drive. I can’t recall exactly what the specific temp was, but it was within normal ranges and I could...
  14. AEV 2.0 Inch Mojave Lift Needs Leveling Kit?

I have the 2” AEV Mojave lift and run a front bumper and winch. I removed the front factory springs and AEV spacers and added synergy 8863-30’s to level the front. I probably have 1” of rake remaining front to rear and the synergy springs have the same ride as the factory Mojave spings. I’m...
  15. time to pick gear ratio for my Gladiator i need help.

I’ve got 10k miles and a few wheeling trips on my 5.38’s and I couldn’t be happier. Paired with 37’s and a Banks Pedal monster, my daily driving experience is phenomenal. My truck is super responsive and the motor pulls hard, I never feel like I’m turning heavy Ridge Grapplers. I’d say that...
  16. Adding Springs to 2” AEV Lift - Need advice

Yep, forgot to add that I do have thier AEV Geo Brackets as well. I never had the alignment checked. The Jeep shop that did the intall set the toe and told me there were no other adjustments that could be made. It tracks straight, tires wear even, and I haven't thought much about it since. I...
  17. Adding Springs to 2” AEV Lift - Need advice

Sorry for be delay, been crushed at work. I have the 8863-30’s installed and the ride is perfect. I do have Mopar LCA’s as well, stick with the factory Mojave rear springs and AEV spacers for now. I have a very slight rake which is what I was shooting for.
  18. How they steal Jeeps caught on camera

Were they accessing the security gateway behind the glove box?
  19. Mojave rear shocks are bad at 18,000 miles

I’m currently at 34k on my factory Mojave shocks and they’ve been flawless. I guess my shocks got built on a Monday, kinda like the old adage an out buying a Land Rover. You either got a good one built on a Monday, or a bad one built on a Friday when the employees don’t give a s**t. Either...
  20. Anyone running these Flare Extensions? USA supplier?

Added a few photos of the finished product with Krylon Fusion. The sound deadner has a bit more of a textured finish than the factory plastic, but it doesn’t really bother me. I suppose if you want a smoother finish, skip the sound deadner and just use the Krylon. The only nice thing about...
