  1. Anyone running these Flare Extensions? USA supplier?

I originally sprayed my fender flares with the sound deadner as recommended by DBOR. Over time, they did become weathered with more of a flat black appearance. Whenever I washed my Jeep, I'd hit them with some Slick Products Shine and Protect, which would shine them up for a few weeks, then...
  2. Adding Springs to 2” AEV Lift - Need advice

I still have the AEV 2” spacers in the rear with the factory Mojave springs and Synergy 3” springs up front. I also just added a full Metal Cloak rear bumper and it didn’t sag the rear at all. If I add any additional weight like a bed rack I’d likely jump over to Synergy’s 2” rear springs...
  3. Metal Cloak vs Synergy/Yeti?

I’ve got Metal Cloak’s sector shaft brace and it certainly firmed up that dead space in the center of the steering. It also added a bit a that stiffness you described of the steering wheel not wanting to return to center. It really did not bother me, I got used to it over time, and overall I...
  4. Adding Springs to 2” AEV Lift - Need advice

No, I already had the AEV lower shock extensions. It’s my understanding that they both accomplish the same task, just from opposite ends of the shock. I’ve already got a bunch of other MC parts already, so I seriously considered swapping them out. My intent is to eventually get a full MC lift...
  5. Adding Springs to 2” AEV Lift - Need advice

Following up on this thread. I removed my stock Mojave front springs and 2” AEV spacer in an attempt to mostly level the front after installing a bumper and winch. My goal was to maintain the Mojave ride as much as possible but as previously stated, raise the front an extra inch or so. I...
  6. Stock Mojave - Will Geo brackets be too much correction?

I do have three different settings on the AEV geo brackets, currently set to the middle. I certainly could have just jumped to the highest setting, but figured a slightly longer LCA might give me a better result. The top setting might have yielded the same result and saved some money, but...
  7. Banks beats up on Pedal Commander

In a nutshell, you can call for full throttle all you like, but your factory computer might only give you 50% until you reach a certain speed, gear, whatever. What these devices do is to reprogram that process so that when you call for a certain level of throttle, you get it immediately (or...
  8. Stock Mojave - Will Geo brackets be too much correction?

I’ve got a 2021 Mojave with the AEV 2” lift and their geo correction brackets, along with Metal Cloak’s sector shaft brace. My truck tracked straight and drove pretty nice with this setup, especially considering I am also running 37x13.5R17 Ridge Grapplers. I recently installed a set of...
  9. Should I regear?

I've got a Mojave with 3" Franken Lift, 37's, and 5.38's. I also run a Tazer and Banks Pedal Monster. On my way to work this morning, I could not stop grinning over the absolute joy it is to hit the accelerator and have the truck just flat out move. It's certainly not a sports car, but having...
  10. Pre 2” AEV Question.

I added a Rugged Ridge bumper and Badland Winch with synthetic line to my Mojave with 2” AEV lift, only sagged me about 1/4”. The Majave suspension did a good job of handling the extra weight, really couldn’t tell that anything was there.
  11. Question for Mojave Owners

This is exactly my experience with my 2” lifted Mojave with 37’s and 5.38’s. In the truck’s defense, I’m pretty heavy on the throttle and the speeds on our interstate hover between 70-80. I noted that when I drop my speeds on rural highways my MPG’s jump 2-3.
  12. A Christmas message about Jeep's batteries and charging system.

I linked my two batteries together with a flux capacitor. Whenever something goes wrong, I just jump back in time to when everything was new. 60% of the time, works every time.
  13. AEV 2" spacer lift for Mojave Gladiator

I have the AEV 2” Mojave lift and the 8” Apex Autolynx, which have more than enough adjustment and travel for the setup. I still have quite a bit of adjustment left in them should I decide to go with a taller lift in the future. On a complete side note, the dealer damaged one of of my rear...
  14. Adding Springs to 2” AEV Lift - Need advice

I do have Metal Cloak’s rear sway bar end links already. I’ve got the AEV shock extensions up front but didn’t realize that Metal cloak makes an upper shock spacer, might have to try that. My intent it so call Metal Cloak tomorrow, but I was definitely concerned that my factory shocks and...
  15. Adding Springs to 2” AEV Lift - Need advice

Like the title says. I currently have AEV’s 2” Mojave lift installed on my truck along with their geo brackets. I’m also running Icon adjustable track bars, Metal Cloak drag link, Metal Cloak sector shaft brace, and Apex Autolynx. Overall I love the ride and it drives and handles great...
  16. Regear finally

Yep, the guy with the strange accent answered his own question. High HP + 37’s + 5.38’s + flogging the truck = broken gears every time. 5.38’s + 37’s with stock HP and I’ve been fine (but as they say, “your results may vary”). I’m also completely cognizant off-road that gassing out of a...
  17. Regear finally

I’ve got 5.38’s on 37’s with the 8-speed. I sit at 2650 at 80mph. Never once have I thought that my engine was too wound out at this speed or RPM. I do have the recurrent thought almost daily at how happy I am with 5.38’s, as my Jeep feels like it has a ton of power, acceleration, and is...
  18. "I'm gonna keep the mojave stock..."

Go ahead and snag the AEV geometry relocation brackets too.
  19. 23 Mojave spare question

I had to remove the heat shield in order to fit my 37” Falken Wildpeak, but it is fully inflated too. I’ve not had any issues with exhaust heat damaging the tire since its removal.
