Finally settled on the following combination, you’ll need to purchase 2 different kits to obtain the correct bag and spacer size combination:

Bingo.
Replaced both batteries and the issue has not re-emerged over the past week.
Thanks, as this probably saved me from getting stranded with a battery failure.
I’m experiencing the exact same thing.
Drained the filter housing a number of times, changed the filter twice — and am still getting random water in fuel message on the dash.
These were the gauges I was monitoring on the Banks unit:
EGT bank 1 sensor —
(Exhaust Gas Temperature)
FRP sensor —
(Fuel Rail Pressure)
ECT —
(Engine Coolant Temperature)
EOT —
(Engine Oil Temperature)
BOOST —
(Turbo Boost PSI)
Just a follow up with our direct experience two weeks ago…
We pulled our fully loaded 6300lb travel trailer, about 900lb of cargo in the bed, and 4 passengers in the cab over the I70 eastbound Eisenhower pass in Colorado (aka IKE gauntlet, just under 12,000 feet elevation).
The whole...

Super awesome.
Took these next to the runway at LAX/El Segundo in June.
Falcons launch over our house in Thousand Oaks routinely — such an incredible time to be alive..
We made a skid plate/mounting assembly for the BPD Aux. Cooler…. Adding that little cooler saved the truck as far as being a tow vehicle is concerned.
Moving to 4.56 gears also made a very noticeable improvement..
More posts are on the Diesel Cooling Options and Ideas thread…

The 23d is really the best layout for us..
Are you towing with the 3.6 or ecoDiesel?
There are a few cooling options that resolve the majority of problems on the eco…
Ever since I had my TJ back in the early 2000’s I always wanted an ARB front bumper.
Well, after 20 years I finally took the plunge when the JT came into my garage.
Love it.
I have a new Mopar Soft Rollup Tonneau Cover (Premium Twill) with about one week of use on it.
Purchased new and arrived with a small puncture/tear (about 4mm) in it — see pictures.
Mopar sent a replacement to me and did not want the damaged unit back.
Asking $300.00 OBO. Please message me if...
About 30psi with 500 pounds in the bed and 700lb trailer tongue.
Max rated pressure on the AirLift HD bags is 50psi, so with the spacers theres no reason to over inflate them.
I just moved to the 4.5 EVO HD/Diesel springs and added the AirLift 60818HD bags for the RAM 1500.
In order for these bags to work correctly without overfilling them, you’ll need to add a 2.5” spacer to the top and bottom of each bag inside the coil.
The 2.5” spacers are available from the...
You’ve got me wondering now about what kind of effect a run of that length is going have on flow…. that is a pretty lengthy detour for a hose that originally only spanned a couple inches..
I wonder, would it be possible to just tap into the main radiator and obtain the benefit of the larger...
can you share what fans/controller you used in your build.
was also considering doing this but never got around to the research and tinkering.
have you been able to ascertain a significant difference between having the fans kicked on vs. just passive airflow?
thanks
I put my original grill back on and did a run up I5 Grapevine with a full load in the bed and about 6000 pounds of loaded trailer…
The 24 grill does make a noticeable difference in how quickly the coolant gets saturated/cools down after spiking.
Even with the 24 grill, Mishimoto radiator, and...
I was thinking about doing the full air spring swap from TimberGrove — and still might in the future if the AirLift bags don’t hold up well..
But at this point I’m pretty happy.
Just switched from the AEV HC 3.00” springs to Clayton 3.50” HD rear and Clayton 3.50” Diesel front springs with the AirLift RAM bags on the rear — I’m pretty happy with the ride improvement and ability to soften/firm up the ride by adjusting the air.
I ended up purchasing the AirLift gladiator...
