Mark Allen head of Jeep design confirmed they will not be building a two door version. Skip forward to 3:40 for the conversation regarding a two door Gladiator and reasons why it won't come to market.

Dana 44's are standard on all models but the Sport can get the optional max tow package which upgrades the axles to wide track Dana 44's and 4.10's along with some other goodies (cooling, etc.). Very cool!

I believe pricing was released after the media embargo was lifted so somewhere at the end of December 2017 if memory serves me. But as Homerun stated, after the reveal we will really start seeing things begin to move quickly. December is going to be an exciting month for us all!
