Definitely. Hearing loss is one of the hardest to get rated for with the VA. Have to really push the effect it has on quality of life. Regardless of actual loss of hearing, tinnitus can have some funky impacts to a whole host of things.

How are you finding the clamp/locks for the switch back? I like the idea of a secure folding top, but was wondering how sturdy and/or easy it is to open/close.
I know it is a silly question, but are you making sure the shoulder belt is pulled out of the way? I missed that once and the seat back wasn't latched all the way. If yes, you may also want to check under the seat pan to make sure something didn't block from below.
