I ended up with the full width Warn bumper, front skid, and Warn EVO 10S and Baja Designs LED fogs. (Super, SUPER bright) After the fogs, I had to change all the bulbs to LED. LOL. Quite happy with everything at this point. I wanted the winch tucked down into the bumper and an overall sleek look. The Warn gear got me there.
That bumper is pretty sweet tho, maybe when my Arcus wears out lol.I still have an Arcus waiting in boxes to mount from sale last year. I just wish my procrastination carried through to the buying. Quadratech just dropped an email with a new bumper that has me really drooling.

How did you mount those fog lights?+1 on the Barnes 4WD Pritchett Canyon (not an amazing pic. In the middle of installing fog lights)
Baja Designs includes a small bracket with the lights. I just decided where I wanted them and drilled a hole in the bumper to through bolt them. I am using a Rubicon skid plate and did need to cut out a semi-circle in the top edge of the skid where each light would have hit it though because I wanted them a little bit back from the front edge of the bumper. I thought about just relocating the fog lights to the top of the bumper but didn’t want to blind people so I left them below the bumper.
Just installed mine (post coming) about 5 months ago and I'm already starting to see this. What did you end up doing to fix it?

I still love mine as well, but it’s been modified just a bit.I also went with the Warn full width bumper. Modified the factory fog lights to fit. Super strong and after a full year no finish issues whatsoever.
I made it into a modular. 
The hooks I ended using just hitting the rust with a wire wheel and spraying black again. The hardware I keep telling myself I'll replace when I am at the hardware store next and always forget.
You’re fine. Many people, including me, added steel bumpers and winches well before any lifting. You’ll be fine. Mine is a rubicon as well. I had zero ride quality issues when adding it on a stock rubicon. My bumper at the time was around 80lbs, plus whatever that 12k winch weighed. Enjoy!Hey all,
Just picked up a gladiator rubicon with the stock plastic bumpers.
I want to add a winch. If I add a winch/bumper, will I need to do any lifts/suspension mods to make up for the added weight?
I've read online people complaining about ride quality suffering after the added front weight.
Since I have a rubicon, is it already setup for the added weight since it can come with the steel bumpers stock?
