Hello,
I purchased my Gladiator with a Rugged Ridge XOR front bumper. I’m preparing to swap it out for a RR Arcus with a Warn winch. It looks like the previous owner removed the 16mm bolts to remove the Frame Horn brackets as they weren’t needed. Now I need two of the 4 16mm bolts. Dealer has been unable to confirm which they are.

Does anyone know a part number for these? Or know the bolt information to get replacements?

Take one out, go to ace, get a 10.9 replacement and a washer if they dont have flange head is my advice. Will be cheaper and faster.
Agreed fastest and cheapest - but me being me, I'd show Benny that picture in the what can we do for you thread and end up buying one anyway LOL.

But any decent equivalent bolt will work fine. These days even flange bolts are getting easier to find.

Based off his post, I think the previous owner removed all 4, and he just needs 2 of them to bolt in the new bumper. So he doesn't have a reference bolt to bring to a store.

this is exactly it. I have 0 of them and just need 2 as it is part of the bolts that hold the winch plate.

Yeah, and he sells MOPAR dealer parts at a discount and they are the same thing you'd get from any dealership- he is part of a dealership is my understanding. Or just knows who to share good beer with.
All parts have MOPAR dealership stickers on them. No fear ordering anything at all from him.

It kind of threw me that he posted a picture of the bolt he didn't have. LOL
I looked on the AllMoparParts.com site, but couldn't find the exact bolt, because who knows what Jeep calls it. "Anterior bumper frame interlink connector"?

Schrödinger's bolt? it's not there until you look to see if it's there?

But if you didn't watch Stellantis put the bolt in the box, did it exist before you opened the box to see if it's there?

This isn't a knock on any dealership, but once you see the price per bolt PLUS the shipping, you'll want to go to hardware store and buy bolts and washers.

We'll never know........... just seeing it in that picture changes everything.

If it's a quantum state bolt, it's in the left frame and right frame at the same time. That may be a picture of the bolt in our Wrangler.

The stock bolts are grade 10.9 M10 x 1.5 thread, 25 mm long with a short lede on the end without threads. It has a captive washer. You will be fine with using a washer and a 25 mm long fully threaded bolt. The stock bolt has a 16 mm hex head (5/8" works). On my JT, I put a big washer between the Arcus winch plate and one side of the frame to take up the distance between the winch plate ears and the frame.
