Good to know.Or you could pay 99% of it on the first payment, correct? I also heard that there is no requirement to hold it for 6 with whatever bank they use, but it hurts the dealer's part of the deal.
This just happened to me too. Has it been happening to a lot of people? I sure as heck won't bring it up but am not paying for it if they try to pin it on me!
99% sure mine was built after 6/1 hail fest. Was in JS last week now I'm in JB. No bed liner, running boards, etc. Nothing that should hold it up from what I've read. What gives?
Is "conventional financing" some term they use to confuse people? I didn't ask for that so if that was put on there specifically after I said don't (in writing) and had it confirmed (in writing) , I call that being shady.
He is the one that told me all of this "news". Mine also says conventional but I assume that is non-dealer because that is what I asked for and was told I was getting quoted on.
Thanks Mike. Yes I chose not to and made it clear that I chose not to. Then was told (potentially by mistake) that our deal was partly based on me using dealer financing. Hopefully they are getting me confused with someone else. Otherwise I'm getting bullied into something I never even agreed to!
Quick question. Anyone who is ordering from Kent/has ordered from Kent or his dealership in the past been told that the deal included dealer financing after clearly stating that you DIDNT WANT TO DO DEALER FINANCING? Hopefully I am being mistaken for someone else.
Message Jeep chat on Monday. You might have a vin and not know it. I got a VIN 4ish days later (according to Jeep chat) after the VON, but didn't know it because Kent didn't tell me. Just found out yesterday.
