Google and Yelp reviews are much more effective. Got a free oil change and detail after my wife complained about our oil change experience on Google.

Yeah, BBB is from a bygone era when “Leave it to Beaver” was in first run play on network TV. They are self-regulated business association and their only leverage is to threaten expulsion of members and that is counter intuitive to their personal interest of having paid business memberships.

Around my area, many if not most of the new car dealerships are not even BBB members and could care less if you threaten to go to the BBB and report them. Like mentioned, Google and Yelp reviews have more sting than a bad BBB rating that nobody even checks except after the fact.

For now I will give my dealer the benefit of the doubt. So far I have no complaints at all with them. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Agreed, I used to work as customer service manager. BBB near useless for the consumer and in this instance the dealer should just work with you. Any other time or model I would threaten to walk on the deal, but I could understand with wait times and effort may not be worth the fight.

In this case the dealer is the brand, I'm sure they'll come around.

@Coyote Ya its pretty messed up they are adding that to peoples existing orders and expecting them to pay for it. Ive never heard anything like that happening before but at least your dealer is being cool about it and not charging you for it. Good on them.

This just happened to me too. Has it been happening to a lot of people? I sure as heck won't bring it up but am not paying for it if they try to pin it on me!

From my experience Window Sticker means KZ or invoiced, and ready to ship. I think sometimes it just takes a couple days for it to show up on the FCA site. For me it populated on the Jeep.com URL a couple days before the Chrysler.com URL
