Still waiting for my Sport S. It was approved for shipment on 6/19. No ship date yet. I’m only about 4 hours from the factory.

You still have JB to get through with that bedliner.... I’ve been sitting at JB for 20 days now

Not anymore. Ordered on 4/4...waiting on it to be delivered. Going on a month to ship now to a dealership 5 hours away from the factory

It's been sitting in a lot 2 hours away from the dealership going on 3 weeks now

Just had this happen to me, has there been any movement on yours? Mine is just a black sport without anything fancy...
It happened to me a few days ago but may have been more bad info. I thought I was even in I from what the chat was saying. I am now in JS waiting to move to shipping. At least that is what I am being told. Be patient a little more.

Still in JB, nothing is clear about what happened. My dealer says its waiting to be shipping very soon, but people on here are saying it could be "ready to ship" for 3 weeks. My dealer also assured me that it wasn't a failed inspection and isn't a step back. Ordered a pretty basic Overland with no bed liner.

My Sport S is making it's way to the dealership after a long stint (about a month) in inspection and shipping. The one thing I noticed was that my build sheet was updated from the original build sheet. It first did not have a spray in bed liner which was correct. Then I received a sticker indicating it was on there. Once I noticed the discrepancy, my dealer confirmed and indicated he would not charge me regardless which is not really the point. Now miraculously the build sheet also shows it on there. Seems a little shady that it was most likely forced without any communication.

@Coyote Ya its pretty messed up they are adding that to peoples existing orders and expecting them to pay for it. Ive never heard anything like that happening before but at least your dealer is being cool about it and not charging you for it. Good on them.

My dealer was not quite that supportive.

Dealer: You expect me to eat that cost?

Me: I don't expect either of us to eat the cost. I expect you to tell Jeep that this isn't right and that we can't do this to our customers.

That's messed up. They should never do that to a custom order and the dealership definitely shouldn't make you pay for it. That wasn't on the build sheet you signed not what you ordered.

Contact the BBB. Let your dealership know that you are going to report them, not the factory. See what happens.

BBB threats do not carry the weight they use to. Only old people care about or check BBB ratings of a business before purchase.

Google and Yelp reviews are much more effective. Got a free oil change and detail after my wife complained about our oil change experience on Google.

Great Suggestions!

For now I will give my dealer the benefit of the doubt. So far I have no complaints at all with them. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
