Well I have worked/built countless 7.3/6.0 Powerstrokes and every one that had a K&N had silica in the intake tube to the turbo and showed dusting of the turbo impeller. I also have a background in clean room HVAC design so I understand making air clean. K&N's are junk.

Lots of street driving as its my DD but its build to go off-road. I will go with Trail Grapplers as they are not to bad but would like quieter tire if possible.
Another option if I'm understanding your question, reuse the LES's and add Morimoto 2banger ditch lights. They have a very broad flat light. Work very well.

I need a better rear sway bar so ordering a Rockjock 1.125 kit today.
I was unlocked in front so may end up either getting a RJ front or a TK1 front.
Need to adjust the bypass as they are setup for the desert now...
