I have been playing with some keyring adapters for the key and we will offer a solution for the key. I expect we'll roll out the fob for sale in Jan. I can't wait for the beta feedback, the beta fobs are shipping tomorrow.

We are able to add the colored icons for the buttons of any of the versions. All of the versions will be made from Nylon PA12, the color versions are produced with a PA12 which is a bit more flexible.

The transponder chip is not necessary to start the jeep. Its essentially a passive RFID chip in the event the fob battery fails. Since the RFID is passive it requires very close proximity to the sensor. The jeep will start with just one or the other.
