These are from a Harley Davidson sportster. I bought them in 2012 on eBay for my JK and I loved them. They are starting to rust some now and I decided to go all out and order the CMM ones. Super expensive, but they look awesome and I think for the Gladiator they will fit in perfect.
LOL there is another thread on this...
https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/bed-extender.16662/
AMP research is working on it, and should have something out within two months.
They were really soft. Even to the touch they were noticeably softer. This wasn't necessarily bad, the ride felt great.
My real issue with them is they slipped and slided all the time. Light gravel patches around turns would treat them like a banana on Mario Cart. They were untrustworthy on wet...
I emailed AMP Research and they said "We are in the process of developing an extender for the Gladiator vehicles. We expect to have this item released in about two months or less."
I'll take it!
I completely agree with this. I did not order this "upgrade" because I thought to myself "Oh whatever, it's a Jeep". But yeah, it would def be nice to have. However, to get around it I have found a solution that makes me feel 1000X better.
Well, until AMP research releases their Gladiator Bed Extender product, my Yeti will have to do. I messaged AMP research and they told me a few more weeks.
Sure! I just held the Bluetooth button on the speaker to put it in search mode, went to settings on the Apple TV, then went to the Bluetooth settings and selected the Jeep speaker. Honestly, it really was that easy.
I haven't opened it up to look in there yet, but I can just barely hear that "hollow" sound that I remember prior to polyfilling my JK soundbar. I have the premium upgrade in my JTR and while it sounds really good, as I can imagine I will eventually want to stuff this one the same way.
Hey, do either of y'all want to keep a running list of lifts in your post of the first page? Either that, or I can start another thread keep a running list in the OP...
Thank you for the break down of the lift. I like the extensive walk through. Man, for only a 3 inch lift, it looked pretty high. Especially when your arm was resting on the top of the bed above the fender. The Fabtech 3 inch lift looks lower ad like 37s would rub.
Did you happen to disconnect...
@Cburgess33 I ran them on my Silverado and they were the best tire (AT) that I have used. I did not like the Open Country ATIIs. My Jeep had the Trail Grapplers and they were really god. I have found that I like Nitto.
