Depending on what accessories you are talking about, it is cheaper and better to check the box when building. For example, I wanted to get the hardtop headliner, and Satin black grill after taking delivery but am finding that it is more expensive to do it myself.
Finally got around to working on the tailgate. Wanted to install the matte black vinyl and the Gladiator Badge I got from Limitless Parts.
Step 1: Removal of the factory "Jeep" badge
Had to be be patient with a hairdryer and some plastics pry tools. Wanted to salvage them to use on a future...
I picked up my Gladiator today :)
But also installed a bunch of little goodies...
Rugged Ridge Door Entry Guards
All weather mats
13" Stubby Antenna
Door hinge covers (pre-cut PPF I ordered didn't arrive in time)
Exterior Key hole covers
Rubber tubing for fenders
Covers for door alignment pins...
Finally picked up the Gladiator today.....absolutely LOVE this thing!
Teaser pictures dealer sent me as I was driving up to Fitpatrick Jeep in Ansonia, CT. Amazing dealership and very friendly staff!.....thanks again Mark!
Wheels are on and can't stop staring at these things. Very aggressive -...
Good idea! Picking up from a dealer in CT so have to drive it back - might have to utilize painter's tape until i can get that applied. Although I am leaning towards getting the Satin black grill VERY soon
A few things:
protective film for the door hinges
plastic covers for the door hinges (until the film arrives)
matte black fender vent vinyl
tailgate vinyl
hood vinyl
Clearplex windshield protective film
Quadratec dead pedal
hoping it all arrives before I pick up the gladiator on Saturday ?
Teaser of the wheels I have going on even before I pick the car from the dealer
17" Black Rhino York (-12 offset)
35" Nitto Trail Grappler
stock Rubi suspension (for now)
Teaser pic of the wheel and tire setup I decided on....sold stocks to the dealer
Wheels: 17x9 Black Rhino York finished in Gunmetal. Black was too easy of a choice and am happy I went with these. LOVING the look.
Tires: 35x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers
REALLY looking forward to seeing them mounted.
Really missed my JKU: the open air driving, its off road capability, and endless modding possibilities. The problem is.....I left it stock ?♂️.
Time to redeem myself! always figured I would get another but this time I decided to mix it up a little bit: enter the JT.
I had about 5 months left...
Something I really like about the JTs: all the different looks and builds that are possible. Having owned BMWs in my past, there were so many "builds" that were carbon copies of each other - with a JT, the possibilities are truly endless. A blank canvas, if you will.
Love this one. Bravo, sir
Ha! I did the same thing: told myself i'd get a Sport S off the lot and some aftermarket wheels.
Ended up building my own JTR. Mods are slowly piling up in the garage as I patiently wait for the call that it arrived :)
