I really want the satin grille. But it isn't a direct swap with the Willys grille. Requires three additional trim pieces. So $395 for the grille plus the cost of the three painted trim pieces. I'm just going to get mine sprayed with Line-X for $100.

I ordered the black sport grill from All Mopar and will spray it matte black with fusion or another plastic paint. Question I have though is that it didn’t come with the top seal/gasket, can I reuse the one on my original grill?

I am torn.

I have Sting Grey and after a year I am trying to decide if I want to switch to the black satin grill or stay with the sting grey grill. I like both. I need a rental program where I can rent the grill for a few weeks to see if I like it or not (LOL).
I put a Granite Crystal grill on mine with minor modification and am happy with the way it looks and turned out. Not sure about one thing. The grill opening on the original allowed air flow through each opening. The end openings on the replacement grill do not flow air they are factory blocked.

I personally love the satin black grill. I think it's a nice contrast to the front end. I was initially on the fence when I ordered my truck, but now I can't imagine not having it.

Get one at a junk yard and paint it. Then you can switch back and forth.

I like it, looks really good. I have the Granite Crystal Metallic and have been thinking about this for a while. I know this is Sting Grey, but it's probably the closest look to mine.

Everyone has to make themselves happy. To me, a black grill always looks awful and says "I'm trying too hard to be unique, just like everyone else." But it's your Jeep. The Plasti-dip might work in cool climates with mild sun, but here in AZ, they look like complete shit in a very short time. The wraps however, seem to go five years easily. So considering where OP lives, probably better off with a wrap.

Where did you get this hood decal from?
pixeldecal.... it’s actually a 2 piece, red layer first, let it dry (20 min in the summer sun) and then installed the matte black layer.
