So you have the temp set, so the jeep will try and match that temp. All Auto refers to is the mode and fan speed, will still try and keep at the temp you set automatically. Like I said, jeep honestly explains the whole system very well

Your manual actually gives an amazing explanation about how it perfroms with the automatic, and Temp set (not just red and blue) control style HVAC
