  1. Seat covers

Are there other seat cover styles that are NOT neoprene style...Live in HOT climate and can't image the sweat. I have black leather and will have the 98% UV/Heat reducing tinting tomorrow. But really don't want slippery cheap stuff.
  2. Removed cigarette lighter for a project...

It can also scare the next owner off your rig for simply having one installed. Most people go over weight and jack-rabbit around while towing. Problem is, it accelerates the death of many expensive components. Brakes, transmission, rear suspension components due to trailer tongue weight. Not...
  3. Rain X fluid and Low Washer Fluid Sensor

Rain-X has silicone in it. It can coat the sensors on NICE cars. :)
  4. Backup Camera Blurry

Its so funny, a digital signal is either there or its not. Seems to me an auto-focus or aperture problem likely.
  5. Who are some Jeep content creators I should watch?

"Lite brite" for a nice view ?
  6. Backup Camera Blurry

Brand new High Altitude and only the back cam is blurry. This is unacceptable for what I just paid. I’ll let service know and insist they swap it out.
  7. Drive through car wash... spraying inside the cab

I went through two days ago and with add-on sill guards, my sandle-clad feet got a quick spray! That'll wake you up! Anyway, worth it for the clean rig......also, ditch the factory radio antenna. No damage, just a need-to-do mod before next car wash cycle.
  8. Radio Update?

How were you notified? I'd like that kind of email too.
  9. Rear Under Seat Security Storage : By Diabolical Inc.

Funny how the other two have their same prices since the beginning….WITHOUT increasing $300 !!
  10. First oil change

I love your post ShadowsPapa-and think it is outstanding information. I'll plan to do mine after 5K, when I get around to it. A quick thought. I've noticed even on the finest of automobiles, they can consume 1/2-almost 1 quart in 7500 miles or so. For me, its less about the if' I dont change...
  11. FCA Canada voids transmission warranty for using AMSOIL.

Wouldn't care why, I'd just be glad they're there now.
  12. Jack Points for Floor jack (3 Ton Professional type)

I have to admit. The Rhino ramps have taken over my jack stands' job of late. 10x less complicated and I def feel safe with Park, emergency brake, and chocks under both rear tires. Obviously jack stands are for uses where the Rhino's are in the way or a tire(s) removed.
  13. Dealers drive new vehicle from different state to your dealership?

The freeway here is on a desert. They will set the cruise and fly! And that’s what I don’t want. Dammit, these rigs are kinda iffy as it is on reliability. I just have hopes for a long life and admit I’m kinda picky. I truely appreciate all who have contributed to my question. I’ll let...
  14. Dealers drive new vehicle from different state to your dealership?

I appreciate your comment about car swap's all the time. I Want to break the car in correctly myself. Speed limits around here are 80mph. Owner's manual states: Drive moderately during the first 300 miles (500 km). After the initial 60 miles (100 km), speeds up to 50 or 55 mph (80 or 90...
  15. Dealers drive new vehicle from different state to your dealership?

Thanks for that about Utah. It just seemed very strange. Unfortunately, I cannot see the data about the vehicle delivery date. I did look it up and it does have the Build Sheet & Window sticker. Just I feel like I'm in the dark. I'm already getting Welcome data for the Jeep via JEEP WAVE...
  16. Dealers drive new vehicle from different state to your dealership?

I have to admit, I'm not sure this is wrong, but it sure seems odd. Dealer in Twin Falls will be getting my new Gladiator from a drop-off point in Utah. I can only imagine that would be a couple hundred miles, at least. Is that odd to you? I really want to make sure the new vehicle break-in...
